How to start your order and what to expect
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Meiteng equipment?
Our MOQ is 1 unit for standard machines and complete production lines. We welcome single-unit orders from startups, R&D institutions, and established manufacturers alike. Volume discounts are available for orders of 3+ units -- contact our sales team for a customized quotation.
What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We offer flexible payment options to accommodate global buyers:
- T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% balance before shipment.
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Available for orders above USD 50,000.
- Western Union / PayPal: Available for small parts and accessories.

All equipment undergoes factory testing before shipment. You'll receive video confirmation of test results.
Can I visit your factory or request a live machine demonstration?
Absolutely. We warmly welcome factory visits to our 20,000 m² facility in Jinan, China. Our dedicated machine testing workshop allows you to witness live operation. If you cannot visit in person, we offer video demonstrations and virtual factory tours via WhatsApp, Zoom, or WeChat. Simply contact us to schedule a session.
What certifications do your machines hold? Are they compliant for import into my country?
All Meiteng machines are CE certified (European safety standards) and ISO certified, recognized in over 60 countries. We use food-grade materials throughout and comply with international food safety standards. For specific country requirements (e.g., BIS for India, SASO for Saudi Arabia), please inform us at the inquiry stage and we will advise on documentation requirements.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services for branded equipment?
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services. Your brand name, logo, color scheme, and labeling can be applied to the equipment. We also provide custom engineering designs for brand owners who require proprietary production line configurations. An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be signed upon request to protect your intellectual property.

Can your equipment handle multiple raw materials or product types?
Yes. Our twin-screw extruders are highly versatile. By changing the die molds and adjusting PLC parameters, a single machine can produce multiple product shapes and sizes -- for example, switching between dog kibble, cat treats, and fish pellets on the same line. We can supply complete die sets for different product types as part of your order.
What voltage standards do you support? Can you adapt to my country's power grid?
All electrical components are configured to your local power standards. We support 220V/380V/415V/440V, 50Hz/60Hz, single-phase and three-phase configurations. Simply specify your country's standard when placing your order and we will configure accordingly -- this is a standard part of our customization process at no extra charge.
Is there an option to upgrade or expand the production line in the future?
Yes. Our production lines are designed with modular architecture, making it straightforward to add capacity or new processing modules (e.g., adding a coating drum, a second dryer, or an automated packaging line) as your business grows. We retain all design files for your line and can provide compatible expansion equipment at any time.
International Logistics
Shipping, customs, and delivery to your door
What shipping methods are available and which Incoterms do you offer?
We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL) for large equipment, and air freight for spare parts and small accessories. Supported Incoterms include:
CIF is recommended for most buyers as we handle export customs clearance and marine insurance on your behalf.
How is the equipment packaged to prevent damage during ocean freight?
Equipment is packed in export-grade wooden crates with anti-rust treatment, foam padding, and moisture-proof film. All components are secured with steel strapping. For complete production lines, we provide detailed packing lists and numbered crates with assembly guidance, ensuring efficient unpacking and installation on-site.
What export documents will I receive for customs clearance?
We provide a complete set of export documents:
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin (CO) -- Form A or regular CO
- CE Declaration of Conformity
- Marine Insurance Certificate (for CIF orders)
- Technical Manual & Electrical Diagrams

Once shipped, we provide the B/L number so you can track your shipment in real time via the shipping line's website.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during transit?
All CIF shipments include full marine insurance coverage. In the rare event of transit damage, please document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt and notify us within 3 days. We will assist with the insurance claim process and arrange replacement parts or equipment as quickly as possible. For EXW/FOB orders, we strongly recommend buyers arrange their own cargo insurance.
Installation & After-Sales
Getting your line running and keeping it that way
Do you send engineers to assist with installation and commissioning on-site?
Yes. We offer two installation support options:
Video call support via WhatsApp/WeChat with detailed installation manuals and wiring diagrams. Included free of charge.
We can dispatch a certified engineer to your facility. Buyer covers round-trip airfare, accommodation, and a daily service fee.
What is the warranty period for your equipment?
We provide a 12-month warranty on all main machines, commencing from the date of commissioning or 3 months after shipment (whichever comes first). This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Wear parts (such as screws, barrels, and cutting blades) are covered for 3 months. Extended warranty packages are available upon request.
How quickly can I get replacement spare parts if something breaks down?
We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory in our Jinan factory. For urgent needs:
- Critical parts (motors, sensors, heating elements): shipped via DHL/FedEx express within 24-48 hours of order.
- Wear parts (screws, dies, blades): available immediately from stock.
- We recommend ordering a starter spare parts kit with your initial purchase to minimize downtime risk.
Do you provide operator training for our production staff?
Yes. We provide comprehensive operator training as part of every order:
- Video training library: Step-by-step operation, cleaning, and maintenance videos in English, with subtitles available in multiple languages.
- Live online training: Scheduled sessions via video call for your operators during initial commissioning.
- Factory training: Your technicians are welcome to visit our Jinan facility for hands-on training before shipment.
What ongoing technical support is available after the warranty period ends?
Our relationship doesn't end after warranty. We provide lifetime technical support for all Meiteng equipment:
